Order Information
Orders containing items with different shipping dates will be shipped on the later of the pre-order dates.
*IMPORTANT:
When your item is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from the following email address:

*The opening of this email is the way to track your package shipment status. After the initial tracking notification is received, it may take anywhere from 24-72 hours or greater to track the movement of the package due to any delays that may occur after the package arrives at the shipping facility.
*Shipping times and arrival to your mailing address of record may be affected by these unprecedented times that are occurring globally with all business industries.
All sales are final. **All packages received must be inspected within 24-48 hours from the date of delivery for any defects or damages found from the shipping of the item to the address of record. If any defects or damages are found this information including pictures of the outer packaging and inner packaging, as well as pictures of all contents and damages of the product(s) with a statement of what is damaged on the product must be emailed to twn@dststyle1913.com within 24 -48 hours after the package has been delivered to the address of record according to the tracking delivery confirmation by USPS or any other shipping company that is used to ship your package.
Packages Returned to this Company
The package will ship to the address entered by the customer that was placed on the order. If the package that has been shipped to the address of record and is returned back to the company; the customer will incur another shipping fee to have the package shipped out again to the new shipping address that is provided via email to twn@dststyle1913.com., as the new address of record. The fee will have to be paid via invoice before the package can be reshipped to the new address provided via email to twn@dststyle1913.com; that address will also have to be provided as a response on the paid invoice sent for the shipping fee. If the customer decides that they don't want the package shipped back to them, the other option is to incur a 20% restocking fee and the shipping fee will not be refunded because the package was shipped to the address provided by the customer when the transaction was completed electronically by the customer This company is not liable or responsible for the incorrect address of record being entered by the customer at the close of a transaction.
